Marshall A. Winslow, Jr.

Marshall Winslow concentrates his practice on civil litigation, with special emphasis in the areas of eminent domain, zoning, land use, boundary disputes, construction, premises liability and products liability.  Marshall's eminent domain experience includes representation of condemning agencies in right of way acquisitions.  His product liability experience includes asbestos defense litigation in state and federal courts, as well as representation of homeowners with defective building materials and construction claims. Marshall also represents clients in construction litigation matters involving both commercial and residential building issues throughout the Hampton Roads Area. 

Marshall is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars regarding eminent domain law and other topics, including representing public utilities and ethics considerations for legal practices.
